Then, enter the Mrs. Delaware United States Pageant!!! From the moment you enter, you will become part of a strong sisterhood and find supportive help from Siouxzan Moore (your director), your fellow contestants, and myself.

As a contestant, you will be invited to join in the fun at many public appearances. Here are some of the activities myself and the local titleholders have been doing:
Mrs. New Castle County and I enjoyed judging a pageant in Pennsylvania
Mrs. Pike Creek supported D.A.P.I on Mother’s Day at their first annual walk
Mrs. Dover, Mrs. Christiana, and Mrs. New Castle County and I spoke to the children at TLK Daycare in Smyrna, DE
Mrs. Newark, Mrs. Christiana, and Mrs. New Castle County spoke to approximately 300 5th and 6th grade girls at Claymont Elementary School
Mrs. Pike Creek, Mrs. Christiana, Mrs. New Castle, our director, and I modelled in a fashion show to support the Ministry of Caring
Mrs. Newark, Mrs. Christiana, Mrs. Pike Creek, and Mrs. MidState all awarded medals to the incredible athletes that participated in the Delaware Marathon

You will find that your participation will open doors for you. I always tells contestants that one appearance usually gets you two more! Your crown and sash become powerful marketing tools and allow you to promote causes that are near and dear to your heart.
I must heartily echo the words of Ginny (Mrs. Maryland) when she says “Siouxzan Moore, the pageant’s director, is the BEST…honest, fair, understanding, dedicated and professional…you WILL have the most rewarding and exciting experience competing!”
At the Mrs. Delaware United States pageant, you will have an opportunity to shine on stage - to showcase your hard work and beauty! You will beautiful and proud, and you will be amazed when you see your family’s reactions! Everyone tells me that my husband was more excited than I was when I won!!!
Not to mention, you will gain incredible friendships. When I think about my year so far as Mrs. Delaware, I am most thankful for the support and friendships of local Delaware titleholders. This may sound cliché, but it is not. My Delaware “Mrs” sisters are simply the best and I thank God for their friendships!!!
