RACHEL NAUGLE MCCARVILLE won the Mrs. Virginia United States 2009 Pageant held May 1, 2009 in Williamsburg, VA. She competed as Mrs. Prince William County.

The reigning Mrs. Virginia United States 2008, Lisa Lutz was on hand to crown her successor. The pageant was held at the beautiful and historic Kimball Theatre in Colonial Williamsburg. There was an American Idol theme and the opening was to Jordkin Sparks "One Step at a Time."  Marci McNair, the reigning Mrs. DE US 2009 was the vocal entertainment and the dancers were from The Williamsburg Dance Studio and Ballet Company.

The first runner up was Tiffany Morris, Mrs. Middle Peninsula; second runner up was Michelle D'Ettorre, Mrs. Alexandira and the third runner up was Dana Pagan, Mrs. Northern Virginia.
